As to confirm the principle of transparency and as GBD is keen to continue the Open Door Policy which enables the service recipients to reach all the administrative levels in the department and in order to continue the department’s efforts towards excellence in providing its services through continuous communication with service recipients, a number of meetings with service recipients from government ministries, departments, and units over three days : Monday 16/7 and Thursday 19/7 and Monday 23/7 with the attendance of his excellency the Director General of GBD Dr. Mohammed Al-Hazaymeh within a number of periodical meetings held by the department annually to listen to remarks, suggestions and inquiries of service recipients to consider them in the development and improvement of services provided by the department.
