His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohammad Abu Hammour, issued the Financial Order No. (1) for 2011 for government  units’  budgets to cover current expenditures and liabilities of capital expenditures only, until the Government Units’ Budgets Law for fiscal year of 2011 is passed.

His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. Mohammad Abu Hammour, also issued the special financial order for government ministries and departments.  In addition, he requested from them to provide special financial orders and transfers for capital expenditure items with due liabilities.
