His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. ِAbdelhakim Shibli, issued the General Financial Order of 2026 to the Ministries, Departments and Government Units, His Excellency emphasized the text of Article (4/A) of Law No.(16) of 2025 the General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2026, which stipulates that “ Spending will be from the appropriations allocated at the government departments on the basis of public and/or private financial orders and under monthly financial transfers certified by the Director General of the General Budget Department ". His Excellency also emphasized the text of Article (15/A) which stipulates that "Spending will be from the appropriations allocated to the government units on the basis of public and/or private financial orders”.
