The circular of His Excellency the Prime Minister dated 23/6/2022 was issued whereby the Ministries, Departments and Government Units were requested to provide the General Budget Department with their budgets’ drafts for 2023 within the Medium term framework (2023- 2025) synchronized with the preparation of the draft Manpower Bylaw of the Ministries, Departments and Government Units for the fiscal year 2023 no later than 10/8/2022. Also, governorates shall provide the GBD with their budgets’ drafts no later than the end of August of this year.
