Circular no.13 of 2016 for the preparation of the draft general budget law, the government units’ budgets law and the manpower bylaw for ministries, government departments and units for fiscal year 2017 has been issued.

Pursuant to circular, all ministries, government departments and units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed budgets for the years 2017-2019 within the prescribed ceilings by October 13, 2016.
