Under the presidency of the Speaker of the Lower House, Faisal Al-Fayez, and in the presence of the Prime Minister, Sameer Al-Rifa’i, and ministers, the Lower House forwarded the General Budget Draft Law for 2011 to the Financial and Economic Committee in its session held on Wednesday, December 29, 210, after listening to the General Budget Speech delivered by the Minister of Finance, Mohammad Abu Hammour.
