The Official Circular No. (14) of the year 2025 for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law and the Draft Manpower Bylaw for the Ministries, Government Departments and Units of the fiscal year 2026 has been issued. Pursuant to this Circular, all Ministries, Government Departments and Units are required to prepare and submit to GBD their detailed Draft Budgets for the years (2026-2028) within the determined ceilings no later than 9/11/2025.The Drafts' Budgets shall include the capital projects of governorates.
