H.E. Minister of Finance Dr. Ezzedin Kanakriyah issued the financial order no.(1) for January 2019 of  the ministries and government departments and units, he stressed on the fact that spending will be conducted upon monthly financial orders with a rate of (1/12) of the appropriations of the fiscal year 2018 for January and till the issuance of the General Budget Law for 2019, he also stressed on the text of Article (6/A) of the General Budget Law no. (1) for the fiscal year 2018 which stipulates that “Spending of the appropriations allocated in this law shall be subject to public and/or private financial orders and upon monthly financial transfers approved by the Director General of the General Budget Department”.
