His Excellency the Minister of Finance Dr. Umayya Toukan issued the General Financial Order No.(2) for the year 2012 for February for Government Ministries and Departments and requested them to provide the financial transfers.Furthermore, His Excellency issued the Special Financial Order for Government Ministries and Departments and asked them to provide the Special Financial Orders and financial transfers for the capital expenditure items with payable obligations.

Also, His Excellency issued the Financial Order no.(2) for the year 2012 for February for government units to cover the current expenditures and obligations of the capital expenditures only till the approval of the Law of Government Units’ Budgets for the fiscal year 2012.
