His Excellency the Prime Minister issued the preliminary circular for the preparation of the Draft General Budget Law containing the budgets of government units for 2025 and the establishment of initial ceilings for each ministry, department and government unit and the final ceilings for governorates synchronized with the preparation of the Draft Manpower Bylaw of government ministries, departments and units for the fiscal year 2025 on Tuesday 23/7/2024. Under this circular, all ministries, departments and government units shall prepare their budgets for the years 2025-2027 in detail and provide them to the General Budget Department no later than the beginning of next August, including their budgets’ drafts the capital projects for governorates approved by the provincial councils.
