His Excellency the Minister of Finance, Dr. ِAbdelhakim Shibli, issued the General Financial Order No. (2) of 2025 to the Ministries, Departments and Government Units, His Excellency emphasized the text of Article (4/a) of the General Budget Law No.(1) for the fiscal year 2025, which stipulates that “ Spending will be from the appropriations allocated at the government departments on the basis of public and/or private financial orders and under monthly financial transfers certified by the Director General of the General Budget Department ". His Excellency also emphasized the text of Article (15/A) which stipulates that "Spending will be from the appropriations allocated to the government units on the basis of public and/or private financial orders.
